With more than 30 years of management and leadership experience, Mr. Hayes is a highly respected utility industry veteran who has successfully transformed business, field and customer operations to achieve targeted efficiencies and effectiveness. His strategic solution and program leadership capabilities have been integral to improved operations at many major utilities and extend across core ERP, asset management and customer service—both from a regulated and deregulated market perspective.
Most recently, Mr. Hayes served as Senior Vice President and CIO at CenterPoint Energy where he led transformative initiatives to deliver advanced operational solutions, analytics and customer innovations supporting both regulated and competitive energy business solutions.
